Established in 1953 in Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter, we take pride in being an independent, employee-owned British jewellery manufacturer committed to creating sustainable and meaningful pieces.

Hockley Mint is proud to be an employee-owned company, where the employees have a real stake in the business’s future.

Through an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), 100% of the company’s shares are being gradually transferred into an all-employee trust, ensuring that the business is owned and influenced by those who know it best—its employees.

This structure preserves our strong culture and values, while giving employees a voice in key decisions and strategies. The EOT allows us to continue delivering excellence as we have for over 70 years, while providing opportunities for shared success and growth.
